This research lead to Nick’s firm belief in online niche marketing, hyper-local blogging and community awareness through web based channels. RE BlogWorld is the obvious choice for any real estate related professional to learn more about these exciting times for our industry. Nick blogs at www.RailLife.com/blog

Melissa DelGaudio, Honeybee Consulting (@Startabuzz)
Melissa DelGaudio is the voice behind Honeybee Consulting, a one-woman copy writing shop based in picturesque Shepherdstown, WV. A passionate writer who stands for the
rights of apostrophes and commas everywhere, Melissa stands firm in the belief that no matter how fantastic a product you have, it stands little chance of success without great writing behind it. A former REALTOR, Melissa understands the unique challenges that real estate professionals face. Though she has clients in industries as varied as video game animation, theatre production, and corporate catering, the lion’s share of them are involved in real estate in one capacity or another. She focuses her business on crafting creative content for her clients’ blogs, marketing, and public relations materials, as well as coaching them in best uses for new media. Melissa is a graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park (Go Terps!) and holds a degree in English Literature. She hopes, one day, to retire to a tropical island on which she intends to perfect new techniques for spearfishing and coconut farming.
Justin McHood (@jmchood)
Justin has worked as a loan officer for the last 7 years. In the last 7 years he has been responsible for at least a thousand funded loans and hopefully at least a thousand and one happy clients. He started blogging in May of 2008 at ArizonaMortgageTeam.com and now contributes to several different mortgage and Real Estate related blogs. He has an MBA from Brigham Young University but somehow never managed to let school get in the way of his education. He lives in Chandler, Arizona and when he is not trying to solve seemingly un-solvable underwriting conditions or get docs out on a loan “yesterday” he enjoys golf and tinkering around with Twitter. Lastly, he claims that he is currently working on the single biggest product “ever” (?) in the mortgage space and one that will revolutionize the way people think about originating their mortgage.

He loves his family, his 72 VW Westfalia Camper, his Suzuki Hayabusa, and is currently restoring a Porsche Soft Window Targa (one of 300 made). The one thing he detests is self appointed “Social Media Gurus, Ninjas and Experts”.
Mike writes AreWeConnected.com, a blog dealing with social media and technology as it pertains towards real estate. He publishes articles in the San Francisco Examiner and the BusinessWeek Exchange. AreWeConnected is listed in Alltop and ranked by AdAge. Dave Smith (@daveintucson)
I’ve been involved in the real estate industry for 10 years. The first 5 as the database administrator for the largest brokerage in Southern Arizona, the last 5 year as a real estate agent who’s primary responsibility is internet marketing. I started the Real Estate Blog Lab in 2007 as a resource for RE Bloggers primarily using self hosted WordPress, but with information applicable to all RE Bloggers.
I have authored the hyperlocal Tucson real estate blog since 2007 as well with almost 1000 posts and even more photos. It is the marketing basis for our Tucson real estate business.
I’m an avid writer and photographer with a couple photo blogs as well as the ReImaging Photo Lab where RE Agents can have listing photos re-imaged as HDR images or retouched for maximum marketing appeal. I also author a photo tips blog as part of the Photo Lab site.
Through Custom WordPress Site Design I provide site design and blog coaching for real estate and mortgage agents (as well as small businesses) all across the country. I believe blogging is the primary platform for real estate marketing on the internet and will continue to be so for the foreseeable future. I blog, I blog a lot. I’m looking forward to meeting many more RE Bloggers at this years REBlogWorld conference.
